The Wine

This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is a wonderful expression of the grace and power of Walla Walla Cab.  It starts with an abundant nose of dark fruits, sweet spices, and a hint of vanilla, followed by an explosion of ripe cassis, blackberry and plum nectars in the mouth.  And it’s all tied together with smooth structure of restrained oak, supple tannins and well balanced acid.  We recommend you try it with a grilled tenderloin steak covered in sautéed morel mushrooms.
