2005 Cabernet Sauvignon

The Wine

This is the first Cabernet Sauvignon that we have produced!  It's a silky smooth wine that's loaded with fruit, spice, and the structure that Cab is know for.  It starts with Italian plum and toasty nutmeg in the nose, followed by currant and blackberry nectars in the mouth with supple tannins, all leading to a pleasantly lingering finish.
