2004 LV

The Wine:

The 2004 "LV" is a very special wine for us.  Not only is there a large sentimental feeling towards it, but it is also a phenomenal wine!  The name of this wine is sort of a double entendre.  First, it was named for my late grandfather L.V. Brown (the dapper looking fellow on the label).  And Second, it was named for the vineyard the fruit comes from,  the Lewelling Vineyard in the Napa Valley.  That's right, The Napa Valley.  This wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.  Enough said.
