Welcome to our expansive lineup of wines!

Welcome to our lineup of wines!  At the moment we have four wines available, our 2005 "Stateline Red", Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon from our Estate Vineyard in the heart of the Walla Walla Valley.  And now we have our newest release, the 2006 L.V.

2006 LV

The 2006 L.V. is 90% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Napa Valley, and 10% Merlot from our estate vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley.

2005 Cabernet Sauvignon

This is the first Cabernet Sauvignon that we have produced!  It's a silky smooth wine that's loaded with fruit, spice, and the structure that Cab is known for.

2005 Merlot

The Merlot is the first Varietal wine released by Gifford Hirlinger.  It is an elegant, yet powerful expression of Merlot from the Walla Walla Valley.

2005 Stateline Red

A triumphant follow up to our celebrated Stateline Red Blend!  A graceful blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from our estate vineyard.

2004 Eighteen Below

The “18 Below” is a Cab/Merlot blend named for a killing freeze that took place January 4th, 2004.  Temperatures reached as low as 18 degrees below zero in our vineyard forcing us to buy fruit outside the valley.

2004 LV

The 2004 "LV" is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Lewelling Vineyard in the Napa Valley, and the guy on the label is Grandpa!

2003 Stateline Red

The Stateline Red is our first release!  It’s a graceful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from our estate vineyard.
