Our Philosophy–Our Vines

We control the process from the dirt to the bottle.

Our philosophy is simple.  Grow the best grapes possible, to make the best wines possible.  We understand that without the ground we work, we wouldn't be able to do what we do, so we make every attempt to take care of it and maintain it's health.  It probably sounds a bit cliche', but it's true.  We farm the vines and the land as "soft" as possible.   We don't have any employees, we do the work ourselves, which means we know exactly what's going on with each one of our vines (we're close to naming them all!)  The same can be said for what goes on in the winery as well, so you could say we control the process from the dirt to the bottle.... and that's how it'll stay!
